You are here: Events > International Workshop on Inclusive Education Experts from 20 counties worldwide gathered in London this 6th September, to debate the future of children with disabilities in education. This one-day international workshop showcased practical examples of good practice for including children with disabilities in education, while discussing innovative and successful projects from the field. One of the largest conferences of its kind, it drew delegates from five continents with a range of specialties relating to health, disability and education. A range of cutting edge issues were covered through a series Key Note speeches and workshops facilitated by Inclusive Education experts from the South. Field professionals from Brazil, Burkina Faso, Cuba, Madagascar, Nicaragua, Rwanda and Indonesia presented successful projects from around the world. The event was a real success and was qualified as "inspirational", "informative" and "instructive" by a number of delegates.
