Individual Giving & Communications Team Assistant

Humanity & Inclusion UK is looking for an organised and committed team assistant to help deliver excellent donor care to all our supporters.

This is a varied and engaging role within our Individual Giving and Communications team providing vital support including processing donations, responding to supporter enquiries, and ensuring our donors receive a first class experience. You will have the opportunity to work in an international environment, learn new skills, and contribute to our life-changing work supporting people with disabilities and other vulnerable groups worldwide.

If you are motivated and enthusiastic, have a keen eye for detail and a proactive, hands-on approach to managing multiple priorities, we’d love you to join our small, friendly team.

Commercial Contracts Manager

HI UK is looking for a Commercial Contracts Manager to coordinate our Foreign,  Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) Framework Contracts (GDD and  CSSF).

This is a great opportunity to work across HI, coordinating country, technical and support teams, to enable us to secure and deliver funding as part of multiple consortia.

Communications Officer: Armed Violence Reduction

We are looking for a Communications Officer to join our global Armed Violence Reduction team.

This team works to prevent injury, disability and loss of life through clearance of explosive devices, risk education, research and innovation, advocacy and interventions to support conflict transformation. This exciting position will be responsible for communication of our work in this area, including organising public events and producing compelling content.

Programme Funding Officer

HI UK is looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join us as a Programme Funding Officer (PFO).

This is an exciting and varied role working across the funding cycle from the early stage of new opportunities through to grant management. You will be regularly in touch with our country teams, supporting them to engage with UK institutional donors in-country and advising them on compliance for both grants and commercial contracts. You will also get a chance to support partnership development, as well as get involved in advocacy and policy influencing. Fundraising Officer: Legacy and In-Memory Giving

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated fundraiser with the drive to grow income from legacies. If you are conscientious and donor-focused, with excellent communication and organisational skills and experience in legacy and in-memory giving, then this role could be for you.

This is an exciting and varied role within our Individual Giving and Communications team. Legacies are a key area of growth for HI and you will play a critical role in developing and sustaining this future income, ensuring our vital work continues. If you are a committed fundraiser, have a keen eye for detail and a proactive, hands-on approach to managing multiple priorities, we’d love you to join our small, friendly team.

Jobs in Humanity & Inclusion's overseas programmes are recruited via the HI Federation offices in France and Belgium.

It is very important that you refer to the advert for each individual vacancy for the correct information about how to apply. Please do not call our UK office regarding the progress of your application as we do not hold that information. Vacancies are advertised in English or French depending on the working language of the role and the country it is based in.
