Bangladesh is located in Southern Asia and is one of the poorest and least developed countries in the world.
Handicap International has been working in Bangladesh since 1997 to ensure people with disabilities have access to and are included in every area of life. We aim to raise the standard of living of people with disabilities, promote their full and meaningful participation in development programmes, and to empower persons with disabilities to claim their rights.
