£45 could provide a course of daily rehabilitation sessions for six weeks.

Ten-year-old Jaya, from Nepal, was born with cerebral palsy. Before meeting our mobile rehabilitation unit, he was forced to spend most of his time at home.

Now our physiotherapist is teaching his parents some basic movements to strengthen Jaya's leg muscles - soon he should be much more able to get out and about.
